Gaskets are key elements in many industrial applications, designed to ensure tightness, prevent leakage and improve the operational efficiency of machinery and systems. Of the various types of seals, rubber and fibre seals are among the most common and versatile. These materials offer specific advantages, making them ideal for a wide range of applications.
We produce rubber pipe gaskets, moulded and punched, fibre, Kevlar and graphite reinforced gaskets in order to be able to provide the right product depending on the application.
In fact, rubber seals are particularly suitable for situations requiring elasticity, flexibility and good fluid resistance, while fibre seals, on the other hand, are the preferred choice for applications involving high pressures and high temperatures, where resistance to deformation and durability are crucial. The choice between rubber and fibre therefore depends on the type of environment, the nature of the stresses and the performance requirements.
Both types of gaskets represent reliable, versatile and durable solutions, ideal for effective sealing in a wide range of industries.
For applications in more specific situations, such as containing acidic fluids, very hot fluids or others, more specific materials such as PTFE or expanded graphite are used.
