Conveyor systems for industrial automation: we offer the most efficient solutions
MOVIN builds and installs conveyor systems for production lines in different industries, even highly specialized ones: from home appliances to the food industry, as well as automotive and manufacturing.
The design system involves the customer right from the start. This is to make sure that the result is custom conveyor belts perfectly capable of solving all the problems of customers in relation to the manufacturing processes.
Our goals are those of our customers: efficiency, speed and cost reduction.
Main conveyor systems we build with different sizes and inclinations are the following:
Chain conveyor systems: We manufacture chain conveyors for highly flexible and elastic systems. Ground conveyors with accumulating chains and flat links make it possible to create particularly flexible and elastic systems. They are used when it is necessary to handle and process transported products on pallets quickly, precisely, reliably, and quietly. They enable the creation of workstations in series or in parallel.
Power and free chain conveyor systems on the floor with full mesh make it possible to create particularly flexible and versatile systems. They are used every time it is necessary to handle and work with products transported on pallets in a fast, precise, reliable, silent way, achieving series or parallel working areas.
In power and free chain conveyor systems on the floor, interconnections are managed by means of specific functions like the following:
- transfer of goods per units or batches based on the different working areas, with automatic - shutdown of unrequired loads and independence of each load
- loads accumulating (storage) in an area of the plant not affected by the production workflows
- loads accumulating between a station and the other
- possibility to double the transport speed on some segments to decrease transport times - -- extremely precise pallets stop
- transfer of goods at specific rates in relation to a part of the plant
- selection of the loads by means of encryption systems or barcodes found on the product
- Orthogonal transfer between multiple lines
- Recycling
Roller conveyor systems:
We build roller conveyors for reliable lines, with the widest degree of freedom for layout
Roller conveyors allow to build flexible, reliable lines, with the widest degree of freedom for layout. They are especially used when it is necessary to handle and deal with products without supporting pallets or polystyrene and/or paperboard bases or gathered on wood pallets.
The significant flexibility of these conveyors allows to manage the interconnections between manual and automatic working areas through specific functions like the following:
- transfer of products per units or batches based on the different working areas, with automatic shutdown of unrequired products and independence of each load
products accumulating (storage) in an area of the plant not affected by the production workflows
- loads accumulating between a station and the other
- transfer of products at specific rates in relation to a part of the plant
- selection of the products by means of encryption systems or reading of the barcodes found on the product
- orthogonal transfer between parallel or orthogonal lines

Modularity of roller conveyor systems:
- possibility of use in critical environments
- 90° and 180° bends thanks to tapered rollers bearings
- possibility of handling products without pallets or paperboard, polystyrene or wood bases
- possibility of creating lines with products dynamically accumulating thanks to clutched rollers
- possibility of integrating lines with special machinery such as elevators/lowerators, level changes, manual or automatic rotations.
Overhead monorail conveyor systems:
We build overhead monorail conveyor systems perfect for storage
The overhead monorail and ground conveyors solve the simplest problems of transportation and storage connecting two or more working areas operating at the same rates.
The conveyor can operate step-by-step or have a continuous flow. Its speed can be fixed or variable and the range can be anywhere between 0.1 m/min and 30 m/min. The main features of overhead monorail conveyor systems are:
- possibility of working in particularly harsh environments, for example where there is a lot of dust and/or high-temperature ovens, thanks to the use of special materials and bearings
- operation without any automatic tensioning system, thanks to the chain working in compression
- very low friction and limited wear and tear of the components thanks to the uniform distribution of loads between chain and rails
- possibility of horizontal bends at angles from a minimum of 5° to a maximum of 270° and vertical bends at angles from a minimum of 5° to a maximum of 45°. Indeed, the chain is articulated on two orthogonal floors
- bends with minimum radius and no need of idler wheels depending on the characteristics of a line, the load capacity can range from 80 daN (with single support) to a maximum of 160 daN (with double support).
Additional features:
- overhead conveyors are anchored to ceiling- or floor-mounted suspensions
- ground conveyors rest on the floor or are buried underground and protected by metal sheets.
Overhead double rail conveyor systems
Our overhead double-rail conveyor systems: the perfect solution to complex handling problems
The double rail conveyors are systems that allow solving the most complex handling problems, such as the interconnection of two or more working areas working at different rates.
The virtually unlimited flexibility of the double rail conveyors allows to manage the interconnections by means of specific functions like the following:
- transfer of goods per units or batches based on the different working areas, with an automatic deviation of unrequired loads and independence of each load
- different capacities (rates) in different areas of the plant
- loads accumulating (storage) in an area of the plant not affected by the production workflows
- static stacks
- dynamic stacks
- transfer of goods at specific rates in relation to a part of the plant
- transfer of goods at specific speeds in relation to a part of the plant
- perfect synchronization between the different movements of the loads
- loads sorting through encryption systems
- line changes (divergences and convergences)
- recycling
Additional features:
- possibility of working in particularly harsh environments, thanks to the use of special materials and bearings
- possibility of fast and low chains in the same system: fast chains for a quick sorting; slow chains for close-up operations
- possibility of different types of stacks in the same plant
- optimization of the spaces. Operation without any automatic chain tensioning system, thanks to the chain working in compression
- possibility of horizontal bends at angles from a minimum of 5° to a maximum of 270° and vertical bends at angles from a minimum of 5° to a maximum of 45°. This is because the chain is articulated on two orthogonal floors
- possibility of bends with minimum radius and no need of idler wheels.
Belt conveyor systems:
We build parallel belt conveyors for lightweight systems
The parallel belt conveyors allow creating lightweight conveyor systems still possessing the typical flexibility and modularity of MOVIN products.
They are used every time it is necessary to handle products without pallets in a precise, reliable, silent way and quickly. The typical features of these systems are:
- Step-by-step loads transfer, for the feeding to line production units or working areas, even at high production rates
- Loads accumulating between a station and the other, for higher flexibility of the system
- Extremely precise loads stop
- Orthogonal transfer of loads or through powered bends
- Recycling
