Ultrasonic plastic welding is a method of joining two pieces of thermoplastic together seamlessly using high frequencies. An ultrasonic plastic welding machine converts high-frequency electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical energy to fuse parts without changing their state from solid to liquid.
