SIPOLPRENE® products are thermoplastic ether-ester elastomers (TPC-ET), available in a broad range of hardnesses and melting temperatures; product portfolio covers a range of hardness from ShD 25 to 72 and melting temperature between 150°C and 220°C, with the possibility to develop tailor made copolymers according to specific customer needs.
Sharp melting points typical of every single product and the excellent melt stability allow easy and reliable product processing in various techniques, from injection molding to extrusion and the use in 2K molding solutions for soft touch applications.
Thanks to the combination of easy processability, chemical and temperature resistance, mechanical performances and food contact compliances, allows an exceptional flexibility in the design of both functional and innovative products for cosmetics, houseware, furniture, gardening & horticultural, sport & leisure and DIY.
