MURUA is the smallest machine in passive layer technology designed to work with precious metals such as gold, silver, copper, brass, and palladium. The MURUA machines, both desktop and lightweight, enable polishing in a single step, delivering a mirror-like finish in an automated process. The device is designed to polish parts that cannot be accessed manually or mechanically. Additionally, it does not round the edges, making it ideal for creating new jewelry designs that were previously impossible. It also recovers up to 95% of the metal lost during the process, as the material is deposited on the cathode. MURUA technology is compatible with watch and jewelry components containing minerals, such as diamonds, sapphires, rubies, emeralds, opals, amethysts, both natural and synthetic, among others.
GPAINNOVA offers three MURUA models: MURUA Gold® for polishing gold pieces, MURUA Silver and Brass® for silver and brass, and MURUA Universal® for other gold alloys, palladium-coated gold, silver, and brass.
Since it was launched, more than 400 MURUA units have been sold worldwide.
