Litescreen is a new generation of protective colors for PP, PE, and PS, selected for containers, closures, and films for milk, yogurt, fruit juices, multivitamin drinks, medicines, medical bags, cosmetics and, in general, for all products highly perishable. In fact, after in-depth studies on light transmission, the Gaypa laboratory has created this special line that allows harmful light rays to be filtered, thus protecting the contents.
Following a brief exposure to light, many substances - such as drinks or ointments – can be altered, changing their flavor and/or developing bad smell. Their degradation not only reduces the nutritional and functional values of the content, but also changes the organoleptic properties of the product. Litescreen masters have been specially developed to ensure that nutrients are sealed and protected from light radiation.
