FreeScan Combo combines the precision and fine scanning capabilities of the acclaimed FreeScan series with an exceptionally lightweight and compact design for a revolutionary 3D metrology solution. Engineered to perfection, the FreeScan Combo employs a cutting-edge combination blue laser technology and an infrared scanning mode, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and versatility.
This high-performance 3D scanning solution has been meticulously crafted with speed and precision in mind, making it suitable for a wide range of scanning scenarios, including metrology-grade inspections, reverse engineering, and various other applications.
It is available in two versions, the FreeScan Combo and the newly released FreeScan Combo+. Their difference lies in their laser quantity and thus speed:
- FreeScan Combo: 26 laser lines for a speed up to 1,860,000 points per second
- FreeScan Combo+: 50 laser lines for a speed up to 3,600,000 points per second
Both scanners feature multiple scan modes, including:
- Multiple-line scanning with 26 or 50 crossed laser lines for efficient, global scans
- Single-line scanning for deep pockets and holes
- Fine scanning with 7 parallel lines to acquire fine details in HD
- Infrared VCSEL scanning for markerless scans on a variety of surface types
The FreeScan Combo series achieves an accuracy of up to 0.02mm, and a volumetric accuracy of up to 0.02mm + 0.033mm/m
