TECHNIPOL® grades are polyester based thermoplastics that, thanks to a very wide range of raw materials, they can be successfully used in many industrial sectors (Footwear, Automotive, Textile lamination, Masterbatch carriers...).
Thanks to their fast-setting time, good flexibility, excellent wettability and perfect adhesion, these polymers are the ideal candidates when short processing timings are needed and they are generally used in bonding porous substrates such as fabrics, paper and leather.
Then, their high thermal and chemical resistance allow the usage of TECHNIPOL® grades even in environments whose working conditions might be difficult and/or sometimes prohibitive.
Finally, the complete absence of VOC is perfectly in line not only with the safety regulations in the workshops, but also in all those environments where the bonded parts will be put in place as car cabins.
TECHNIPOL® products designed for masterbatches business (as TECHNIPOL® 200) are polyester based co-polymers, specifically developed to fulfil the demanding masterbatch needs in food packaging sector.
The unique rheological behavior and chemical compatibility with PET of these grades, allow a fast dispersion into the basic polymer structure. Furthermore, both products are fully in compliance with American FDA and European EU 10/2011 Food Contact Regulations.
