DLyte 1 is the most compact metal surface finishing equipment in the Compact Series, utilizing dry electropolishing technology. It is specifically designed for high-value, delicate, and fragile components that demand precise, high-quality finishing, making it ideal for R&D applications.
Its one-step automatic process simplifies traditionally complex multi-step finishing workflows, enhancing cost efficiency and ensuring consistent, repeatable results. Unlike conventional systems, the DLyte 1 does not require a closed-loop water recycling system or sludge waste treatment, reducing the need for space, labor, and environmental waste management licenses.
With a working volume capacity of 90 Ø mm x 70 mm and a maximum weight capacity of 1.5 kg, it is well-suited for small-scale, high-precision applications. The machine includes an anti-vibration system and a holder checking tool for optimal performance. Note: The cathode set and holder are not included.
