DLyte 100 is a metal surface finishing machine that uses dry electropolishing technology, designed for companies with medium to large production volumes. It is specifically developed to treat high-value, small, fragile, and delicate parts that require precise, high-demand finishing, as well as for R&D purposes.
Its one-step automatic process simplifies the complexity of traditional multi-step finishing workflows, improving cost efficiency and ensuring repeatable, consistent results. The machine does not require a closed-loop system for recycling water or sludge waste, reducing the need for space, labor, and environmental licenses for waste management.
DLyte 100 can process parts with a working volume of 180 Ø mm x 80 mm and a maximum weight of 5 kg.
