DLyte 100PRO Automated Cell is the first fully automated surface treatment system using the patented DryLyte Technology. This cutting-edge solution revolutionizes surface finishing by handling the entire process—from loading and unloading to quality inspection and cleaning—without the need for human intervention.

Designed specifically for small and delicate parts, DLyte 100PRO Automated Cell sets a new benchmark in automation, ensuring consistent, high-quality results while optimizing production efficiency. By eliminating manual handling, it significantly reduces errors, enhances precision, and streamlines manufacturing workflows.

There are three versions of this robotic cell. The first one, DLyte 100 Automated Cell, has a storage capacity of 6 pallets, each holding 150 parts with a 6mm diameter, allowing for a total loading capacity of up to 750 units when processing a single diameter (6mm). The second one, DLyte 100PRO Automated Cell, offers a storage capacity of 12 pallets, each holding 150 parts with a 6mm diameter, enabling a maximum loading capacity of up to 1,650 units for single-diameter (6mm) treatment. Finally, DLyte 100PRO Automated Cell CT also features a 12-pallet storage capacity, including a three-dimensional surface quality control device, another device for dimensional inspection and a laser marker for engraving traceability codes or corporate logos.
